1. Scope of Advisory Services

morelife London provides management consulting, corporate outsourcing coordination, operations strategy advisory, technology consulting, and marketing automation design services.

Our recommendations, blueprints, and analytical dashboards are tools to assist client management. We do not provide banking, licensed financial brokerage, investment underwriting, or wealth management services. All advisory sessions are aimed at operational efficiency and systems structure.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed Service Level Agreement, all pre-existing methodologies, proprietary templates, and base software configurations developed by morelife London remain our exclusive property.

Upon full payment of the engagement fees, clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to utilize the custom strategy deliverables, system configurations, and blueprints designed specifically for their enterprise.

3. Liability & Indemnification

morelife London conducts all research, advisory audits, and technical setup in accordance with high professional standards. However, client acknowledges that execution of business strategies and operational migrations carries inherent commercial risks.

morelife London shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenues or operational downtimes, resulting from the deployment of recommended systems or marketing architectures. Our aggregate liability in any client dispute is strictly capped at the total fee paid for the specific advisory phase.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and all subsequent consulting engagements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or relating to our services shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If unresolved, the dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
